I checked in this afternoon, 03/09/2022 at 6:30 pm for haircut at 4727 Frankford Rd. suit 357 Dallas Texas. I got there when it was my turn but the door was locked. I knocked the door and very annoyed employee opened the door. I told her I have an appointment but she said checking online is not an an appointment and they are closing in 10 minutes. The store sign showed closing time at 8:00 PM. Why they needed to close at 6:45? She accepted to cut me her. She did it in less than 5 minutes with no trims of the side or back. She was very rude and unprofessional. I know I can not accept service in a cheap haircut place but this was not acceptable. I will follow up with your head office.

Got scolded for not checking in online, then the shop does not honor your appointment. Takes walk-ins and bumps your appt. I was on time, by the way. Don’t bother unless you have all afternoon.

Great haircut and shampoo experience I won't go anywhere else ask for Carla on Thursday and Friday she is one of the best
